En las futbolistas femeninas, especialmente las j\u00f3venes, este problema puede afectar el rendimiento, aumentar el riesgo de <strong>lesiones <\/strong>y hasta provocar <strong>fatiga cr\u00f3nica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el s\u00edndrome de sobrecarga?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es el resultado de un desequilibrio entre la carga f\u00edsica que se impone al cuerpo y la capacidad de recuperaci\u00f3n.
